By downloading or accessing the Website to use the Services, you irrevocably accept all the conditions stipulated in this Agreement and agree to abide by them.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register, use the Services, or visit or use the Website in any manner. By registering, visiting and using the Website or accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant to Surgiwise that you are 18 years of age or older.
3.1 End-User Account and Data Privacy
Surgiwise and its Partners may collect information relating to you, the devices through which you access the Website, and anonymous data of your usage. The collected information will be used only for improving the quality of the Services.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User's account access information and password.
3.2 Ranking Algorithm
Surgiwise's ranking algorithm for the Practitioners is a fully automated system that lists the Practitioners based on automated computation of various factors.
3.3 Listing Content and Disseminating Information
Surgiwise collects, directly or indirectly, and displays on the Website, relevant information regarding the profile and practice of the Practitioners. Surgiwise takes reasonable efforts to ensure that such information is updated at frequent intervals.
3.4 Booking Appointments
While Surgiwise will try to ensure a confirmed appointment for a User, Surgiwise does not guarantee that the User will get a confirmed appointment. Surgiwise shall not be liable for any wrong medication, treatment quality, or medical negligence by any doctor or hospital.
3.5 No Doctor-Patient Relationship
The provision of Information does not create a licensed medical professional/patient relationship between Surgiwise and you. The Services are not intended to be a substitute for emergency healthcare.
3.6 Content Ownership and Copyright
The contents listed on the Website belong to Surgiwise and its Partners. Copying of the copyrighted content for any commercial purpose will be a violation of copyright.
3.7 Reviews and Feedback
You are solely responsible for the content that you choose to submit for publication on the Website, including any feedback, ratings, or reviews.
Surgiwise reserves the right to take down any Practitioner's profile as well as the right to display the profile. Surgiwise reserves the right of ownership of all the Practitioner's profile and photographs.
Surgiwise reserves the rights to display sponsored ads on the Website. Surgiwise will not be liable for the accuracy of information in the Sponsored Listings.
Users are not permitted to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that belongs to another person, is harmful, harassing, defamatory, or violates any law.
Surgiwise reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's access to the Website with or without notice in cases of breach of terms, illegal activity, or if Surgiwise believes User's actions may cause legal liability.
The contents of the Website are protected by intellectual property laws of India. Reproduction, retransmission, public and/or commercial use of any material is prohibited.
All information is provided on an 'as is' 'as available' basis without warranty of any kind. Surgiwise makes no representations that use of the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Surgiwise be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services. Surgiwise shall not be liable for more than INR 1.
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Surgiwise from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages arising from User's use of Service or violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be determined by arbitration in India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

This Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy is with respect to the usage of the services through www.surgiwise.com.
You can cancel the payment by calling +91-8595775508 or email to contact@surgiwise.com
Rescheduling: Rescheduling can be done only until the invoice is not generated.
Cancellation by Customer: For any online paid appointments where services were not availed, you should give request for cancellation at the Surgiwise establishment counter.
Cancellation by Surgiwise: Occasionally, appointments are cancelled by the Medical Practitioner. We will attempt to contact you and refund the amount.
Refund of Failed Transactions: Failed payments will be refunded to the same payment mode within 15-30 working days. Valid cancellation refunds are processed in 7 working days.

No refunds / cancellation requests shall be entertained for payment against services received. Under no circumstances, cash will be refunded.
